We organize seminars, workshops and tutorials that focus on different specific topics, hereby sharing our methodological knowledge and practical experience. Our objective is to sensitize managers and teams to the strategy issues that are to be worked on and to enable those involved to work through topics autonomously, whether in the context of a strategy project that we are conducting or also independently from us.
Projekt-related or open
We organize these events both for individual companies in-house within the scope of our strategy projects and as an open forum for different interested parties. With our one-day trend seminars, for example, we take up topical fields of interest in the industry. We use our wide-ranging contacts with universities, research institutes, the industry, associations and politics, and connect current research findings and industry insights with experiences from direct practice.
